Cameron Smith set the PGA Tour's all-time 72-hole scoring record at 34-under par, winning his fourth PGA Tour title at the 2022 Sentry Tournament of Champions at Kapalua.
The record had been held by Ernie Els at 31 under par, played at the Mercedes Championship in 2003.
Also, at the 2022 Sentry Tournament of Champions at Kapalua, Jon Rahm tied the previous PGA Tour record with 32 birdies, finishing at 33-under par in second place.
Matt Jones also beat Ernie's record at the same tournament shooting 32 under par and finishing in third place behind Jon Rahm.
