The site sits on 365 acres of a former nursery called Fruitland.
The course was originally designed by Jones and Alister MacKenzie. It opened for play in 1932.
Since 1934 the club has hosted the annual Masters Tournament.
The course is currently a par 72, 7,475 yards (6,835 m).
