The Country Club is located in Brookline, Massachusetts and was founded in 1882.
Newport Country Club is located In Newport, Rhode Island and was founded in 1893.
Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is located in Southampton, New York, on Long Island and was founded in 1891.
Saint Andrew's Golf Club is located in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York and was founded in 1888.
