Brooks Koepka was born in West Palm Beach and played high school golf at Cardinal Newman.
Brooks played his college golf at Florida State, where he was teammates with Daniel Berger. He won three events in college and was a 3-time all-American.
Koepka started his professional career on the Challenge Tour in Europe in 2012. He played there until he earned his PGA tour card for the 2014-2015 season.
