Nigel Mansell was born on the 8th of August 1953 in Worcestershire, England.
Nigel is a former racing car driver who won both the Formula One World Championship (1992) and the CART Indy Car World Series (1993).
Nigel also developed and owned the Woodbury Park Hotel and Golf Club in Devon which he sold for £11 million in 2016.
He played in the Australian Open at Royal Sydney in 1988 when he was able to get exemption thanks to his friendships with Greg Norman and David Graham.
Nigel has also played in the British Senior Championship a few times, the highlight being shooting 66 on the last day at Royal St. David's.
