He turned pro in 2019.
He won the 2020 ISPS Handa Vic Open. His 2021 Abrdn Scottish Open win earned him an entry into the 2021 Open Championship.
He won the 2021 Abrdn Scottish Open with a total score of 266 (-18). He defeated Thomas Detry and Matt Fitzpatrick in a playoff.
He won the 2023 Fortinet Australian PGA Championship with a total score of 264 (-20). Runner up was Rikuya Hoshino 3 shots behind.
He tied for 5th at the 2023 US Open. He tied for 6th at the 2023 Players Championship.
Woo Lee won the 2025 Texas Children's Houston Open with a total score of 260 (-20). Runners up were Scottie Scheffler and Gary Woodland 1 shot behind. The total purse was $9,500,000. The winner's share was $1,710,000.
His sister Minjee Lee is also a very successful professional golfer.
Holds a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the 'Fastest hole of golf by a team of four' achieved a Real Club Valderrama in 2021. The hole was a 501-yard par four, and they holed out the putt in 24.75 seconds to set the new record.
