Justin Thomas was born on the 29th of April 1993 in Louisville, Kentucky.

His late grandfather, Paul, was a PGA professional for 60 years.

Justin Thomas played high school golf at St. Xavier High School and played in a PGA tour event at only 16 years old. He became the 3rd youngest player to ever make the cut on tour.

Thomas played his college golf at the University of Alabama where he won 6 times. He was the Haskins Award (best college player in the country) his freshman year and was part of a national championship team in 2013.

As an amateur he won the 2010 Terra Cotta Invitational and 2012 Jones Cup Invitational.

Later in 2013, Justin turned professional and won his first pro event on the Nationwide Tour. He jumped to the PGA tour in 2015 and found quick success.

He is the host of the American Junior Golf Association's Justin Thomas Junior Championship, established in 2016 and held annually in Kentucky. Won three AJGA titles as a junior.

He appeared on the cover of the video game "PGA TOUR 2K21," released August 21, 2020.

He announced a partnership with Jack Nicklaus in 2022 to design Panther National, a golf course in Palm Beach County, Florida.
