Luke Donald went to Northwestern University
Luke grew up in England and came to the U.S. to play college golf for the wildcats of Northwestern. Donald won the 1999 NCAA individual title, breaking a scoring record that was set by Tiger Woods. During his college career, Donald became the first amateur to win the Chicago Open. Luke turned professional in 2001 and eventually made it all the way to the #1 spot in the world golf rankings.
