The project is the first golf development to be constructed in Palm Beach County in about two decades.

The 18-hole layout will be a Jack Nicklaus signature design and Justin Thomas’s first attempt at golf course architecture.

Plans also include 218 luxury homes, a nine-hole par-3 practice course and extensive practice facilities.
