Larry Packard designed the Copperhead Course at the Innisbrook Golf Resort.
Larry Packard was born on 15th November 1912 and died on 24th January 2014 in his apartment at the Innisbrook golf resort.
Larry Packard was best known for designing the famed Copperhead Course at Innisbrook. In total he worked on over 600 golf courses and was a former president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects.
The resort is located in Tarpon Springs, Florida and is home to four outstanding courses, all of them designed by the innovative and imaginative architect Larry Packard.
The top-rated Copperhead course welcomes the world's finest players each April when the PGA TOUR competes in the Valspar Championship.
