Gaganjeet Bhullar turned professional in 2006 after representing his country to help win the Silver medal at the 2006 Asian Games. As at the time of Olympic selection he had 25 wins and had reached a OWGR high of 85.
Shubshankar Sharma turned professional in 2013 and had 8 professional wins when Olympic team selection was undertaken, including two on the main European Tour.
Aditi Ashok has represented India at both the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games finishing 41st and 4th respectively. At the time of Olympic selection she had an OWGR of 60 with 7 professional wins to her name, 5 of those being on the European Tour.
Diksha Dagar turned professional in 2019 and, as at July 2024, had managed three professional wins two of those on the European Tour. At the 2020 Olympics Diksha played in the women's individual event after another player's late withdrawal.
